Having mostly worked in catering all our lifes for major companies, we decided in 2004 to follow our dreams, and open our very own restaurant; Fusion opened originally in Alcester. One year and half later we decided to find a more suitable venue and we bought the Bird in Hand, Hawbridge, Stoulton, Worcester. This retro pub was built in circa 1963, over the "ashes" of a much old inn dating back as far as 1850.  

Efforts were placed in enhancing comforts and quality; menus were changed to introduce fresh local produce, wines and beers were sourced from all over the world.  

Hobsons Best Bitter, was chosen from a local brewery. Good service, fresh food using mainly ingredients from local producers, fine wines, a friendly smile and relaxing atmosphere.....
